Terms Of Service

Client Risk Section1:1 By entering this premises clients acknowledge, assume and accepts all risks that come with all services preformed on premises; included but not limited to cuts, burns, abrasions, and other harm that can occur during service. It is the customers responsibility to attend to the proper medical procedures in the event an incident occurs. Ownership and stylists will not be held responsible or liable in the the event an incident does occur.  

Right To Refuse Section 2:1 By entering this premises client acknowledges and accept the ownership and stylists have the right to refuse service to anyone. Right to refuse may be executed by ownership and stylists at any time and for any reasonable reason. 

Late Policy 3:1 By entering this premises client acknowledges and accept, If a client is late 15 minutes to an appointment their appointment will be cancelled.

No Show Section 4:1 By entering this premises client acknowledges and accepts, If a client no shows four appointments/services or more that client will be refused future services. 

Refund Policy 5:1 By entering this premises client acknowledges and accept that due to the nature of products and services we do not accept refunds all Sales are final and all services and items must be payed in full.

Damages Policy 6:1 By entering this premises client acknowledges and accept the risk of damage to personal property such as cloth etc. precautions are taken to help prevent any such damage. Clients accept and acknowledge that ownership and stylists are not held responsible for compensation of such damaged to property or person.
